• Project management from advice and consultancy through to overseeing delivery of the construction project using approved, skilled local workforce
• Controlling legal compliance, quality and construction inspection – a Member of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate (MICWCI) since 1997
• Acting in senior roles with local authorities and Housing Associations ensuring they deliver their capital improvement projects within carefully controlled budgets
